Status

The acquisition, expected to finalize in the fourth quarter of 2024, will allow Swiss Post to leverage Open Systems' expertise in network and cybersecurity solutions. The deal is pending approval from the relevant competition authorities, including the German Competition Authority due to Open Systems' operations in Germany.
